Its an intimidating process and took longer than expected, however Ryan was there all the way through. It took much longer than I expected to get paid(over a year), but his the steps allowed me to get paid off in the end. His negotiation skills worked very well and every time I wanted to settle he told me it was a low offer. This paid off in the end with a substantially higher offer at the end of the time period.
