Robert Stephen Letnick

I've worked with Bob Letnick off and on for 20 years. He's consistently been a great lawyer for me for the entire period. At times I had a clear direction I wanted to go and Bob quickly tailored a successful strategy to meet my requirements. At other times I had a lack of understanding of the situat...ion and ramifications. Bob was able to efficiently lay out my options along with risks and benefits associated with each. Bob knows me well enough now that he is able to quickly assess the situation and tailor a succinct response based on my history with him. For someone that bills by the hour he is incredibly concise! I am on a first name basis with his colleagues and staff and I really appreciate the comfort level they provides, especially when I’m dealing with tough challenges.

I did a search on the web for divorce lawyers and found Mr. Letnick and gave his office a call to set up a consultation. From the beginning, both Dee and Mr. Letnick were professional. Mr. Letnick listened to my concerns, which were mainly the kids and he came up with great ideas. He didn't push m...e into doing things I didn't feel comfortable doing, which I appreciated. He explained the process and the time line, the difficulties that might arise, and what he believes the final result would be. Bob was the exact lawyer I needed for a divorce with a difficult spouse. Bob took the time to understand my situation and needs. He always answered all of my questions. I needed a lawyer to be on my side and help me communicate with a spouse that thought he knew more about the law than the lawyers.... I was being overly generous with my spouse, as I was the provider in the relationship, and Bob helped me through the process of separating and divorcing in a way that I felt I was fair to my spouse while feeling that I was not taken advantage of during the process. I really needed someone like Bob that could tell me things without sugar coating them and who could stand up for me to my spouse when I could not. He made sure when I had to meet with my spouse and his lawyer that I was at the office early and did not have to see my spouse except in the meeting. Bob also set up the room so that I could address the lawyers rather than my spouse (as he was very confrontational). I was so grateful that someone was looking out for me during these very stressful meetings. And I am so appreciative of how prepared I was for the meetings by working with Bob. One of my close friends recommended Bob to me. I have recommended Bob to two of my close friends and they both used him and were very pleased. If you are in need of a no-nonsense lawyer that will tell you things like they are, has your best interest at heart, and will fight for you, then Bob is the lawyer for you. If I ever need a lawyer again (for a prenup - yes Bob, now I know better - a very expensive lesson to learn), I will certainly be using Bob.

Mr. Letnick was 100% spot on with his advice at every turn in my case. Unfortunately opposing counsel drew out this divorce for more than 3 years but he was always there to champion my cause and keep opposing counsels grounded in the actual merits of the case. While there are many more expensive la...wyers and a few cheaper lawyers out there, it is clear to me that Mr. Letnick and his team were there to finalize my case in my favor the quickest, most efficient, and most beneficial way they could and were not looking to get every nickel and dime out of my pocket. Extremely professional office and always quick with an answer to an email or phone call.
