Molly Maurene Garrett

I have been working with ShounBach since 2017. My attorney was and continues to be Molly Garrett, I am forever grateful for the serenity and life changing outcome Molly was able to help me gain. Her commitment and passion for my case was above and beyond. She made me feel protected, less anxious, and... her work was immaculate. Molly is so good at her job saying she is immaculate is an understatement. I was working with an attorney prior to hearing about Molly and the ShounBach team, I believe if I would’ve kept that attorney I would’ve lost my kids – Molly was GOD sent; truly life changing!! She’s thorough, well-founded, prompt, and above all compassionate. I continue to go to Molly when disputes and questions rise concerning custody and the custody order, she never fails to respond promptly and welcoming. During times of uncertainty e.g. divorce, custody, family law etc… the last thing one needs to worry about is the reliability of the attorney. I highly recommend Molly Garrett and the entire ShounBach team.

Molly understood the ins and outs of my case and always treated me with compassion throughout some very tough custody issues. She understands how to "pick your battles" based on knowledge of local judges and case law, and tries to find workable solutions rather than engaging in hopeless (and hopeless...ly expensive) litigation.

I regret hiring her. What a horrible job she has done trying to get my Child Support and resolve issues with my ex. She is completely unresponsive. I have to send 2 or 3 emails until she responds. I am paying her, but apparently that isn't enough. I shouldn't have to chase her down to answer my email...s. She has wasted my time, and money. I guess if your case is not interesting enough, she doesn't really care. I do not recommend her AT ALL. Please find someone else who actually cares about your case and doesn't sit there collecting your money.

Molly represented me in a post-divorce family issue. She was fantastic! She was professional, prepared, engaged, empathetic, and honest. When it came time for trial, it was apparent Molly was heads above the opposing attorney in every aspect. She was prepared for trial. She prepared me for trial... and in court it was obvious to all including the judge. My situation is incredibly challenging and Molly is empathetic and compassionate and above all honest. Instead of "fighting the wrong" on principal with the legal side decades behind, we discussed the "odds" the court will do anything to help. It's incredibly frustrating but I appreciate not spending tens of thousands of dollars and a year of stress with health issues to end up in the same situation. She laid out strategies that could ultimately help my case in court. Molly is fantastic, I would highly recommend her (and have).
