I got his contact information from a Korean lady, who told me he is very good! I hesitated initially because I live in San Jose, CA, and he is not my local; also, I am Chinese, so back then, I thought, should I find a Chinese lawyer to handle this process? Plus, His fee was more expensive than my l...ocal Green Card lawyers. But in the end, I went with him anyway because the Korean Lady said he was very good; she and her Korean friends' green cards got through to him, too. We had a Zoom meeting, and I told him about my ex. I even cried in front of him while sharing my toxic ex story during the Zoom Meeting; he listened to my personal story very patiently, not only professionally as a lawyer but also with humanity, compassion, empathy, and genuinely cared. After we sent the payment, my husband and I procrastinated about turning in the documents to him. He was actually the one who kept reminding us to get our application started( thankfully, he didn't give up on us; I think he was also kindly concerned about my situation in America, while my husband and I are very much in love and want to grow old together. Still, I was a young girl in an insecure risk position ). Whenever there are any updates from USCIS, he is always the first to reach out to us to let us know what to do next…..
