Jennifer was knowledgeable about my situation, communicative about the process and what to expect, and responsive to questions and requests I had along the way. My trespassing charge ended up dismissed with minimal interruption to my life, and Jennifer and her paralegal, Mary, gave me advice to proce...ss the expungement of the record without additional charge. I certainly hope I never have to work with her again, but if the need arises, she will be my first call!

I want to premise this review by saying that I almost never post reviews for professional services, let alone for attorneys. If you find yourself in a situation in Virginia, don't waste your $$ on attorneys that will gladly take your hard earned bucks knowing that they can't or are not willing to do ...much to help your cause. Hire Ms. Leffler to represent you; she knows the system inside and out due to her wealth of experience as a prosecutor and as a law clerk in Virginia's state courts. She represented me in a case in 2015, which involved trumped up but serious charges. She ably got the case dismissed and luckily I was able to get it sealed a couple years later. Whatever your situation, Jennifer Leffler can achieve the best, possible result. Ms. Leffler is the best criminal defense counsel in Fairfax County, hands down. This is coming from someone who has lots of experience dealing with lawyers.

Jennifer is VERY knowledgeable, understanding and is your friend/mother through this entire case! She is also a former prosecutor. I hired a different lawyer but my heart wasn’t set I couldn’t sleep bad anxiety so I started looking & heard Jennifer from everyone... when called for a consultation she ...was the only one who didn't intimidate me!!! I went to consult for my sons case which was a diversion case. She was very straight forward and told me that you don't need a lawyer for your case. Though she knew I was not a potential client but she spent time with us to understand the case and gave best advice on what would happen in the scenari...o of a diversion case. She really made us feel reassured about his future, and I have seen very few people who would be spending time knowing that they are not potential clients
