Grant T. Moher - Exceptional in their expertise, availability and respond quickly

Grant Moher and his firm has a solid background in addressing family law issues that pertain to military families. They are well positioned to help all service members, veterans, and their dependents. I found Grant Moher and his staff to be exceptional in their expertise, availability and respond q...uickly to my questions with kind and compassionate support. My case involves ongoing spousal support issues. Military divorces are very stressful events that involve overlapping military family law issues and Grant Moher and his team was incredibly helpful and seemed to have my best interest.

Grant was extremely disappointing

Grant suggested that I “just remarry” instead of advocating for me during the negotiation of my agreement. He did not stand by me or protect my interests. After a 17-year marriage, he allowed the opposing party to limit my alimony to only ten years rather than pushing for lifetime support. He never a...rgued this point or any others on my behalf. I ultimately found myself dealing with the opposing party on my own because he provided no meaningful assistance.
