She gave herself business a title as "The best immigration lawyer". However, I found out she is the worst immigration lawyer after I hired her. I was out of status for some reasons, because I am I-245i eligible, I do not need go back to my motherland, but I need go the immigration court. This is a ...very simple case; I also wrote a summarize statement about my case before I met her. I only need a lawyer to send the documentation to the court. During the first meet, she charged me $2,759.00, but after she charged the money, she did not care my case. She never replied to my emails and never answered my phone calls. I felt very frustrated and complained about the slow work, but she said I did not respect her. I waited for 5-6 months and finally, I saw her paperwork she mentioned that was filed to the court. The paperwork almost the same as my writing, but she missed the most important part that I am I-245i eligible. My family and I need the court decision critically, so I hired another immigration lawyer who only charged me $1,200. Less than 3 months, my case was granted by the immigration judge. It is more than 10 years over now; I never receive anything from her office. My experience told me that she has no professional knowledge and no professional ethics. To call her as a liar and a money maker is correct than to call he as a lawyer. Unfortunately, I did not know I can complain her to the related organization and get the refund within 3 years. I am writing here to tell people, please aware for this person. If you feel you are cheated, remember to sue her and get your refund within 3 years.

I see multiple posts about families who were also subject to this lady’s scam. She has multiple names, locations, businesses etc. She was barred in another state. She also has prior bankruptcies. There were multiple red flags from this lawyer from the beginning. She has also written my family num...erous nasty emails when we decided to let her go. She missed deadlines and file DOL paperwork incorrectly resulting in us not getting approved. Beware of this lawyer. Look at the reviews and do your research. Certainly would not recommend anyone giving her money up front as she failed to fulfill her promised services. We will be taking her to small claims court and filing a complaint with DC bar and Virginia.

She wanted all the money before the work was done. I have a proof in written for the payment plan. As a u-visa candidate she wanted me to pay for the I-485 before even I got the approval of U-visa. When I asked about this she was like we don't guarantee the green card and if the payment is not made ,... the law firm (scottcclaw) withdraw my case. I was lied at first. I really needed justice for this.
