If this is an actual client we have a robust system for clients to contact us, as we want to resolve issues and problems with any of our attorneys. We believe this is a fake review in duplicate. Which has already been responded to here in AVVO. ____ Alternatively [ Public Notice]: This is not a client of our law firm. Kimberly Johnson was not married and did not have a husband when she contacted our law firm. A lawsuit has been filed against Kimberly Johnson for defamation. Glendia has never been disbarred. AVVO would have clearly disclosed anything so outragous. AVVO's due diligence shows Glendia in good standing and no disciplinary action in 27 years of practice. Yet Kimberly Johnson has trolled and harassed our attorney(s) for over 3 years. Seeking out new platforms and sites such as Yelp, which we don't participate. Even digging into Apple Podcasts to find every possible way to slander and defame Glendia. Malicious hateful and false information about someone crosses the line. Plus her posting of additional fake reviews are under investigation. We are grateful to have approximately 100 5 star client reviews for Glendia, and numerous immigration lawyer peer reviews on-line. While Glendia and our team can't please everyone, we want to at least try. Whether reviews are good or bad... we always welcome them. It keeps businesses and professionals accountable, and we are no exception. We will always reach out, if you are an actual client. Also, we will find out how we can improve; and at all times our attorneys are dedicated to improve client satisfaction. We are empathetic with Kimberly Johnson. However, she has dumped her personal challenges and difficulties all over the internet on public forums and used bullying, harassment, false facts to deal with her difficulties. This is unacceptable behavior. This is not normal, hence, for the first time a law suit is in process against this individual. We wish her the very best.
