I recently took a chance on Chris DeSimone to assist me with negotiating a lease as a prospective tenant looking to rent space in a commercial building. The lease as 36 pages and included a personal guarantee. I was very overwhelmed by it all to say the least. I found Chris's firm through searches on the internet and put in a call to his firm and Chris was assigned as the lawyer to help us with our initial need for a Property Lease Review. We had a challenging case whereby multiple parties, multiple rounds of reviews and a lot of collaboration were involve...d between the Broker, Management Company and hired contractor. Initially, we were unsure if we should work with Chris because he was one of the more junior partners for the Gross law firm. But after reviewing Chris's Education background, coming from a great solid school (my family's alma mater), I decided to take the chance to work with Chris and I'm glad I did. He did not nickel and dime his service but was upfront and professional regarding his times and fees. In the past, we have not had great experiences with highly reputable lawyers racking up bills and providing little services. Chris did not come with a tremendous amount of years of experience as of yet. But he proved his value immediately and was worth every dollar for us. He has earned my trust and I feel confident with Chris's representation, I am protected from legal actions. We have many more business opportunities for which we will be working with Chris on in the future.
