This guy is awesome. I got a wreckless driving ticket (which I truly free I did not deserve) which would have really affected my job and my clearance with the military. He was calm and relaxed. Walked into the courtroom and got my wreckless driving ticket knocked down all the way to "defective equipm...ent". Had a pay a simple fine and walked out free and clear with NO points on my license!!!! I truly believe he was capable of getting it dismissed but this is Va, they getting some type of money out of you. But hey, it was the best result I could have hope for. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

Bret is a very good lawyer and has been there for me throughout the process. I remember early on when I was selecting my lawyer, Bret, over the phone really put me at ease. Attentive, sharp and knowledgeable. At first I was concerned during court date when I didn’t notice Mr. Lee taking any notes, but when it was our turn he got up and an orchestra of knowledge spilled out from him that left the room in Awe.
