In this case, a possession with intent to distribute 3rd offense, we fought for our client by raising numerous suppression issues in the trial court, especially whether the state could use cell phone l ... ocation data that they did not obtain with a warrant. This case and that issue is currently on appeal to the United States Supreme Court.
