Mr Monaco did the best job with my children getting political asylum. He got everything done with immigration court very fast. We were very with his work and I continue with him about my wife's immigration case.

Mr. Monaco handled my naturalization. I am now a US citizen and have always recommended him to friends and office mates who needed an immigration lawyer. Mr. Monaco is currently working on my mother's naturalization and was very careful and attentive to detail in preparing her paperwork. Also I am always able to reach him on the telephone when I have a question and he always give me an honest answer, which I appreciate.

This lawyer's forte is to find the slightest difficulty in your case and blow it out of proportion in order to scare or discourage you from filing for a visa. At one point he mocked me in front of my spouse and asked if "they really wanted to be married to me". He will talk for an hour negatively and pretensiously and then take your $150 for the consultation. He is the prototypical lizard person lawyer. He previoulsy worked for the US Government and he is on the side of the immigration department. He decides arbitrarily (based on your particular race) who should be a citizen and who should not. He creates a confrontational mood during the interview which I believe is a carefully planned tactic in order to earn the consultation fee and not have to do any work. Avoid at all costs.
Endorsements from fellow lawyers are an important consideration for many when selecting the right attorney. Be the first to endorse your colleague!
