Excellent Lawyer
He is a professional, easy and quick to communicate and very responsive at all time during case process. He represented my husband's complicated case which involved consular processing. My husband got his visa faster than we expected without any waiver process even he had a bad records. I really impr...

this lawyer will not be on your side
This lawyer's forte is to find the slightest difficulty in your case and blow it out of proportion in order to scare or discourage you from filing for a visa. At one point he mocked me in front of my spouse and asked if "they really wanted to be married to me". He will talk for an hour negatively and...

Waste of Time and Money
After talking on the phone with Mr Monaco, for about 15 minutes and explain every detail about my son's case he told me that he could help me, but he still told me to come for a consultation, which we did, in which after we told him the case again he stayed that there was no way for him to help my so...

Waste of money
I have a simple immigration case and he gave no options for it. Pretty much told us he cannot help us. We spoke for about 10 minutes and he still charged us for a full consultation. He gave us no hope at all and so many people in the same situation as us got help. We decided to see a different lawyer...
I am sorry that Monica was not happy with the results of our consultation. Unfortunately, I am not always able to tell clients what they want to hear. I never tell someone there is a legal solution to an immigration problem when in fact there is none. Nor will I agree to misrepresent facts on a client's application. In both cases I tell the client there is nothing I can do - I suspect one or the other is what happened with Monica. You do more good for someone by NOT filing something than by filing something you know will expose her to a danger of being deported. Also, most of my consultations last an hour or more; it is unlikely that I spent only ten minutes with anyone. But no matter how long a consultation lasts, I always tell clients before they come to the office how much we charge and that the price is the same whether we talk for ten minutes or two hours.
