I am a 38 year old West Virginia resident, who vacations at Assateague Island, Maryland every summer, with my husband. This past summer, I picked up a charge while on vacation there. I received a mailing from Warth’s law firm as a form of ‘automated mail communication’. Unknown to me, I still had a outstanding judgement that I was under the impression had been satisfied. June 2013-Sr. week, O.C. Md.. I am the parent of whom Atty. Joe Warth represented. My son, out with friend who decided to vandalize cars . Although my son, only guilty by association, was charged with criminal mischief. Served 12 hrs and 40 hours community service. This was the Judges decision.
