I am a 38 year old West Virginia resident, who vacations at Assateague Island, Maryland every summer, with my husband. This past summer, I picked up a charge while on vacation there. I received a mailing from Warth’s law firm as a form of ‘automated mail communication’. Unknown to me, I still had a outstanding judgement that I was under the impression had been satisfied. This was a petty offense and completely revenue driven by Ocean City. Upon contacting him, he educated me r...ight away regarding my offense and suggested he’d look into ways to resolve it.
