Attorney Brian H. Clark graduated from the University of Maryland in 1992 with a B.A in Criminology and a minor in Psychology. After a successful 15 year career in the mortgage banking industry, where he worked for one company and set numerous sales and client awards, he sought a change.

While attending the University of Baltimore Law School beginning in 2003, he reignited his desire to be involved in the criminal justice system.  in 2005, he was chosen to be a Rule 16 prosecutor while in the criminal practice clinic at law school.  He prosecuted hundreds of Criminal and DUI cases against local, private counsel for the Montgomery County State's Attorney's Office. These cases involved misdemeanor trials, juvenile trials and handling and negotiating pleas for an entire year at the local District and Circuit Courts, supervised by experienced prosecutors.  During the end of law school and after graduation, he worked for a senior state's attorney assisting in the prosecution of circuit drug trials and sat 2nd chair in several jury trials. 

In 2008, Brian formed the Law Offices of Brian H. Clark, LLC (BHC LAW) devoted to the singular practice of criminal and traffic defense in the Ocean City and Rockville areas. Brian grew up in Ocean City where his family owned several restaurant and amusement park businesses during his childhood. He graduated high school in 1987 from Stephen Decatur High School in Berlin, just outside Ocean City. He has an intimate knowledge of the area, it's police officers and the residents and business owners of the community. He spend the entire season and more at his Ocean City home and is a regular presence in the District Courts in the area.

He is a member of the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD), the Top 100 Trial Lawyers (criminal defense in MD), the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers(NACDL), the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys Association (MCDAA), the Maryland State Bar Association (MSBA) and numerous other associations.  For several years he was a mock trial judge at the Great American Mock Trial Invitational (GAMTI), a prestigious yearly tournament featuring the nations most prestgious colleges and universities competing against each other at the H. Carl Moultrie Courhouse in the nations capital. Brian has completed the intensive multi day National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) Field Sobriety Testing Course in 2011. This training allows him to grade and evaluate the police officers analysis of the balance field tests in a DWI/DUI .
