Jan-Paul Lukas

I tried to work with Jan. The relationship soured very early on when he refused to listen to my concerns. He failed to address the obv situations with my divorce. He failed to listen to what I was telling him. He represented me in a matter that he absolutely screwed up which put me behind the 8 ball ...for the remainder of case. He was in way over his head. And once that was realized he tried to blame me for not doing what he requested, which is a hilarious lie. He dropped me with 5 business days to a trial, which I am being told is a ethical issue. His stated reason was that I was going to fire him anyway. Have it in writing no less. The professionalism of the guy is lacking. You can use this guy but there are far better and far more knowledgeable and ethical. I also believe that he was working with my spouses attorney as much of what he did is simply unexplainable any other way. As this is a small town with a thriving good ol boys network, BE WARNED.

I hired Mr. Lukas to handle my divorce. It was a 17 year marriage with many shared assets and children involved. He is incredibly knowledgeable in family law and I was awarded everything that I asked for. He didn’t go over my retainer and I never had to step foot in a courtroom. He was efficient and ...always available to answer any questions and concerns. I can not recommend him highly enough.

My story (case) is very complicated based on the amount of money involved with regards to a business transaction. Most people would think I was crazy, delusional, and ...down right out of my mind. Not only did Mr. Lukas grasp my case within minutes, he gave me options and different ways to approach the problem. Intelligent, honorable, and caring are only a few words to describe this bright young man. He resolved my case, protected me and my rights and delivered the best outcome one could hope for. In a world full of deception and lies, meeting this man gave me hope that there still exists good human beings who will stand up for you even when you've been kicked to the floor. I advise anyone who is dealing with legal issues to meet with Mr. Lukas. I promise that you will look no further once you meet him. Again, words cannot express the professionalism and level of intelligence Mr. Lukas has.

Jan-Paul possess the most important characteristic that every attorney should have and that all clients should demand of their legal counsel, and that is dependability. He not only grasps the nature of law and the materials of his expertise, he relates and communicates to the needs and concerns of the client in a way that makes the often complex nature of legal matter understandable. Sure, many attorneys can spout off ambiguous and nonsensical legal jargon that we've all heard before, but are they dependable, competent and understanding enough to make YOU feel like a competent partner within your legal needs and not just another wayward checkbook?
