Jan-Paul Lukas

I tried to work with Jan. The relationship soured very early on when he refused to listen to my concerns. He failed to address the obv situations with my divorce. He failed to listen to what I was telling him. He represented me in a matter that he absolutely screwed up which put me behind the 8 ball ...for the remainder of case. He was in way over his head. And once that was realized he tried to blame me for not doing what he requested, which is a hilarious lie. He dropped me with 5 business days to a trial, which I am being told is a ethical issue. His stated reason was that I was going to fire him anyway. Have it in writing no less. The professionalism of the guy is lacking. You can use this guy but there are far better and far more knowledgeable and ethical. I also believe that he was working with my spouses attorney as much of what he did is simply unexplainable any other way. As this is a small town with a thriving good ol boys network, BE WARNED.
