Hal represented me in an ugly civil case (the nature of which I cannot disclose) in late 2010. I can say without a doubt that Hal is the sharpest, most tenacious, ruthless (to the point of being ugly) attorney you could ever want on your side. He runs a one-man, reasonably priced operation - but is... capable of becoming any high dollar law firm or large corporation’s worst nightmare. It’s nice to be on the winning side… but keep in mind two things: 1) you *really* need to hate the people you going after; and 2) you need to be strong enough to reign in a pit bull - or the other side may end up being mauled to pieces.
