He is that good

If you want to get it done right the first time and want to stay away from the aggravation dealing with your agency, Mr. McGill is the attorney you need to hire. He has decades of experience in this field. He knows what he is doing and there is no doubt. He is exceptionally responsive and reliable.... Within 6 weeks of submitting my paperwork to Mr. McGill, I was approved. Everyone, Mr. McGill is that good.

TEN STARS

If I could give MR. McGill ten stars I would. He fought for and with me for two and a half years, and we finally WON! It was a pain fighting the U.S. Navy HR and OPM however, he NEVER WALKED AWAY or GAVE UP, where other lawyers might or would have! Thank you SO MUCH! V/R Frank Lange

Outstanding Service

After 30+ years of federal service I applied for Federal Disability Benefits on my own and unfortunately I was denied. I hired Mr. McGill to represent me during my appeal which was then approved within days. His knowledge and understanding of both the law and the Federal Disability Procedures will ea...se your stress when going through this unfamiliar process. He was strongly committed to helping me with my case and his accessibility is unbelievable. I could not more strongly recommend this attorney. I only wish I had started my federal disability application process with his representation from the beginning.

"Super Lawyer"

If you’re searching for a “GREAT” Attorney, look no further!! Recently, Attorney Robert McGill, represented me for a Disability Retirement, that had previously been denied by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Throughout the entire process, Attorney McGill, was always prepared and two steps a...head of the opposing counsel. Attorney McGill, was extremely thorough and meticulous to every detail. On the day of the trial, Attorney McGill, was fierce like a “Lion” as he shredded the oppositions case, then devoured their witnesses one by one. Immediately, after the hearing had ended, I thanked Attorney McGill, for the VICTORY!! After what I had just witnessed, I knew we won the case. Then sixteen days later, the Administrative Judge (AJ) for the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) ruled in our favor, my Disability Retirement had been GRANTED. Now I see why Attorney McGill, is rated a “SUPER LAWYER” by all his peers. I will always be grateful for the hard work and dedication that Attorney McGill, put into my case. My family is Blessed. Thank You!

My Saving Grace

I filed for disability and was denied twice then I looked online and found Mr Mcgill based on his reviews. At first I was skeptical but I called and amazingly he answered my call personally. That was a shock in itself but I was glad. He worked tirelessly on my case as if it was personal and not tre...at me as just another client. He was always in contact with me keeping me abreast of the status of my case. It fault hard for me and got me a hearing. After over 2 years of him getting hired and 4 years of me applying for disability he won my case. I am very grateful as these years have been very difficult for me and my family. I will refer him to anyone who need an attorney in his field. Thank you Mr McGill for all you do to fight for us.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
