AWESOME!!!

McGill was not only EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the entire claims process, but he was responsive. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Mr. McGill addressed them in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone considering going through this process.

Just the person I Needed!

Attorney Robert R. McGill was exactly the person I needed for my disability application since I didn't fully know how to successfully navigate the process. He was informative, patient, and sensitive to my condition even before I signed on with him, which was important since I was working with him on... a "long distance" basis. In addition to his willingness to answer all my questions; he had represented cases like mine, so he knew the issues to highlight. What really struck me was when I asked my doctor if he would support my case, his reply was, yes, but that he only wrote the report, someone else would make the decision. This was like a lightbulb turning on for me - if I didn't know and my doctor didn't know - how the decision would be made, I needed someone who understood the process working for me. That person was Attorney Robert R. McGill. I looked long and hard for a local attorney who could successfully take my case. But after 4 or 5 promising candidates failed to be the right solution, I started looking for an Attorney in the D.C. area where my Agency is based. That's when Attorney McGill came into focus. And I'm thankful he did! Long distance yes, but almost always instantly available to take my call and answer my questions. He made the process go smoothly and successfully! I highly recommend him!

Wouldn’t have done it without him!

I hired Robert McGill to help me with my medical retirement claim, and I will never regret it. He was open and honest with me throughout the entire process. He really does take care of everything, so you worry about NOTHING. He always returned my calls and emails in less than a few hours, and was alw...ays pleasant to talk to. He has done so many of these cases, that he has SO MUCH knowledge of the frustrations you will run into with your employer, civilian personnel, your providers, OPM, etc. I felt that he was always one step ahead of them all. I honestly cannot say anything negative about him. He warned me about the grueling wait time, and he told me that patience was the most important thing once my claim reached OPM. Wasn’t that the truth!? The wait time was 7 months once they received my file. Be prepared for that! And to hear his voice on the phone saying “Welcome to retirement”....BEST DAY EVER, and worth every penny. Rebecca, RN

Attorney McGill epitomizes EXCELLENCE in Federal Disabilty cases!!!!!

He knows the law and he will provide you with the legal advice and successful path you will need to WIN your case. He is honest, forthright, intelligent and will fight for you. I should have hired him from the beginning. Other firms will tell you they will guarantee a win, but drop your case if you d...on't win at the first step (unless of course you pay them more money). Mr. McGill stands with you all the way thru!

Excellent service and great attorney

Mr. McGill was hired to prepare my OPM Retirement package. He did a fantastic job. Very easy to contact and converse with. His jurisprudence is uncanny. He was the consummate professional throughout a long and tedious process. I highly recommend Robert McGill.
