Robert R. McGill

I hired Mr. McGill to represent me in a federal retirement claim. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, and most of all, effective. He patiently answered my questions, and would respond to me almost immediately. Due to his knowledge of the system, I was quickly (for the gov...ernment) approved for a disability retirement. I have no qualms about giving him a 5-star rating.

I hired Robert McGill in July of 2018 after searching the internet for months. Every review I read spoke of Mr. McGill with such glowing reviews that I was skeptical, to say the least. As I began reading in depth articles about the whole OPM process, I quickly realized that the articles were written ...by Mr. McGill or someone would comment that he had a simpler version of the explanation on his site. After finally reaching out to him, I received a response in about 2 hours to schedule a phone consult 2 days later. After hiring him, I was sent a very thorough list of items that he required to do his job. After completing this list, the process was very smooth. Mr. McGill would contact me periodically to update me where he was at in the process or to let me know to look out for some paperwork from OPM. Whenever I had a question, I would email or call him and always get a response within 24 hours. I cannot stress how easy he made this whole process seem and truly appreciated how he held my hand through it all. After 13 months, I was approved by OPM disability. Do your due diligence but make no mistake, Robert McGill will get it done!!!

Robert R McGill is the BEST. I tried to do my own Medical Retirement. I filled out the application sent all the information from my doctors, did everything OPM(Office of Personal Management), asked of me. For 2 years I put up with all the run around OPM threw at me. Trying to deal with management at ...the IRS, the Best Specialist(who couldn't help me with anything) & OPM all at the same time - what a joke! Then a denial letter.
