He is absolutely the best and has mastered navigating OPM's ridiculous channels so that in the end you can rest assured that when Robert says that he is confident you will receive your retirement, that it is only a matter of time before you get what you and your family needs to live with the pain that you suffer from your service to our country. I still cannot believe he got me what my family needed to live like we did before I got hurt on the job.
