Outstanding Attorney Representation for FERS Disability Retirement

I hired Attorney Robert R. McGill on December 20, 2019, and I received my FERS disability retirement approval letter on May 6, 2020. I can attest that Attorney McGill knows his job extremely well. Attorney McGill walked me through the whole process and answered my calls and emails expeditiously. Hiri...ng an attorney of McGill’s caliber will lessen your stress levels during this hectic and worrying process. I absolutely recommend hiring Attorney McGill to represent you during the FERS Disability Retirement application and process.

Cravens

I hired Mr McGill to handle my postal disability retirement claim. Mr McGill was very thorough in what he needed from me, from my physicians, and my work. He responded to my messages very promptly and courteously. Even when the first filing got denied, he promptly refiled with a rebuttal which ende...d up winning my case for me. I would highly recommend anyone to hire Mr McGill for their postal disability retirement case. Here is excellent.

Federal Medical Retirement Through OPM

Mr. McGill was the utmost professional. Communications were always answered and phone calls were always taken. All of my questions were answered and even though I was a difficult case in my eyes, my Federal Medical Retirement went through. After 16 years with the Federal Air Marshal Service, 2 Years ...with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and 8 years in The U.S. Army I am now Federally retired thanks entirely to Mr. Robert Mcgill and his team. I recommend him completely and suggest seeking his counsel for your Federal Retirement questions and needs. Thank you!! Richard Otto Chance Orr Senior Federal Air Marshal Retired

OPM Disability Retirement Approved!

I contacted Mr. McGill after an injury that affected me being able to perform my job functions. Mr. McGill, walked me through the process and helped me file my paperwork; the process from beginning to approval was 590 days. I can't thank him enough for his experience and guidance throughout the who...le process. He kept me informed and up to date on what, when, and why files/forms/documents were needed. Well worth every penny spent on the process to have myself and family taken care of for the future.
