When you want the best results, hire the best lawyer!

I hired Robert McGill to handle my FERS Disability Retirement case after I was denied benefits by OPM (in hindsight, I wish I had hired him before I filed). Mine was a very complex case, and I knew I would need a lawyer with a experience and proven results. I did my homework, and found Robert McGill.... Because of his expertise and diligence, Attorney McGill was able to win my case prior to going to a MSPB hearing! Good lawyers are never cheap, but the decision to hire Robert McGill was BY FAR one of the MOST IMPORTANT financial decisions I've ever made in my life! To say that I highly recommend him is the understatement of the century. You will not regret it!

The BEST federal labor lawyer!

My case was very complicated and drawn out. My medical retirement was denied 2x by OPM. Robert McGill was extremely diligent and persistent and fought for me to the final appeal, and WE WON! I'm forever grateful for Mr. McGill and his efforts in my case!

Impeccable Attorney

I hired Mr. McGill in handling my application for Disability Retirement. Throughout the entire tedious process, Mr. McGill guided me with his impeccable knowledge, always answering my calls personally, and was efficient and timely in responding to my emails. He made sure that I understood every step ...of each process. I was denied both at the initial and reconsideration stage, with OPM dragging out the already long process for 2 1/2 years. With Mr. McGill's knowledge and expertise, we were able to prevail at the MSPB stage, securing benefits for me and my families future. Filing for Disability Retirement is a grueling process that I would not have wanted to tackle alone, and trust me when I say that Robert McGill is the only attorney you want by your side. If you are looking for the best in guiding you through this process, look no further. Mr. Robert McGill is the BEST! Thank you Mr. McGill for helping me through this process, you are truly amazing!

Challenging case!!!! But we WON!!!

I will highly recommend Robert McGill. He took my extremely difficult case. After working with the federal government for over 14+ years I had a very difficult case. Won’t go into details about it, but I can just tell you I was convicted of a felony while working and still Mr. McGill was able to help... me prove and win my case. Extremely professional and knowledgeable of all things OPM attempts to do NOT to approve your case or make your life more difficult. Of course case was denied at beginning but later on was approve and didn’t even went in front of a judge.

Federal Worker

Mr. McGill was my federal retirement attorney. It took two years to get me disability retirement approved due to OPM delays. When I had a question he always answered immediately. I truly recommend Mr. McGill to anyone looking for an attorney.
