OPM Disability Retirement Approved!

I contacted Mr. McGill after an injury that affected me being able to perform my job functions. Mr. McGill, walked me through the process and helped me file my paperwork; the process from beginning to approval was 590 days. I can't thank him enough for his experience and guidance throughout the who...le process. He kept me informed and up to date on what, when, and why files/forms/documents were needed. Well worth every penny spent on the process to have myself and family taken care of for the future.

Robert McGill is your attorney when your family is counting you to win FERS disability retirement.

I was missing alot of work because of an injury when I was targeted for termination for political reasons (or so I believe). Because I was injured and not able to do the job I was hired to do, Mr. McGill looked over my paperwork and at the time he said he was confident that I was still eligible for F...ERS disability retirement.  9 months later and I get a letter stating that I was not eligible for disability retirement from OPM. I went back to my doctor who worked with Mr. McGill and resubmitted my application or whatever you call it. After about 10 more months I was shocked when it was approved. Mr. McGill is truly amazing at what he does. I really couldn't do my job anymore and HE GOT ME JUSTICE!! (A stolen advertisement from a local attorney office) If you are unable to perform the job you were hired to do, and you have a doctor who will agree, Mr. McGill is the person you need who will get you FERS disability retirement. He is worth his weight in gold! He will calm your anxiety with his expert knowledge of OPM, and case law, and get you approved. It's a long process, but when the bottom line is that you can't work and OPM's guidelines and red tape stand in your way of feeding your family, Robert will anticipate what they will say and submit why they must approve your disability retirement with past legal cases that went to court and won. He is absolutely the best and has mastered navigating OPM's ridiculous channels so that in the end you can rest assured that when Robert says that he is confident you will receive your retirement, that it is only a matter of time before you get what you and your family needs to live with the pain that you suffer from your service to our country. I still cannot believe he got me what my family needed to live like we did before I got hurt on the job.

Secured My Family’s Future!

Mr. McGill secured my family’s future with approval of my disability retirement case. His knowledge, professionalism, attention to detail, writing skills, and determination are beyond outstanding. After a 25+ year career in Federal service, I sustained a disability and couldn’t continue my career. Ov...er 3 years, Mr. McGill diligently gathered information and prepared an impeccable case. Sadly, we were disapproved twice. He continued with his unstoppable work ethic until my case was finally approved (at the MSPB). My family and I are forever thankful for Mr. McGill. If not for him, I shudder to think about where my family and I would be. Mr. McGill is, without a doubt, the best and only attorney you want working your case.

One Outstanding Attorney

I would highly recommend anyone undergoing the federal disability retirement process to hire Attorney Robert R. McGill. Attorney McGill is very knowledgeable, thorough, and a great communicator (he answers all emails and phone calls in a timely manner). He also produces great results as well. In ...all honesty, I was ready to give up on my case towards the end of 2019 after years of dealing with legal battles with my former agency. The years of fighting has taken its toll on me in more ways than one. The victory in my case was welcome news for the new year and hopefully brings a new chapter in my life. Throughout the process, Attorney McGill was very thorough and upbeat. I am forever grateful for the work that Attorney McGill put into my case. In closing, for all anyone who is considering filing for federal disability retirement or undergoing the appeals process, please do not go it alone. Save yourself the extra stress and trouble by hiring an Attorney.
