Mr. Robert McGill (BEST DISABILITY ATTORNEY)

While working for the federal government my disabilities had me down on my knees, both mentally and physically with no light in sight for a future I had the most passion for in my entire life. While trying to hold on, day by day and month by month and not getting any help from my employer because the...y did not care for me or it's employees, only their friends, I had no other option but to look for external resources for help. When matters got so unbearable while in the worst moments of my life, I reached out to Mr. Robert McGill who specializes in government disability retirement who quickly and professionally looked at my disability case and contacted me back the following week and agreed to work with me. From this time forward, Mr. McGill emailed me and mailed me some simple documents to fill out which I returned to him I believe that same week. While going through the process, not much work was requested of me to do. All I needed to do was keep attending my appointments with my doctors and sending Mr. McGill the doctors reports. Mr. McGill also keeps in touch with the doctors by phone, email and fax to ensure consistency as the process kept moving forward. Mr. McGill also handled all communication and tasks with my employer so I did not have to. From my first time I spoke with Attorney Robert McGill, until the last time, he was always very professional, very caring and very understanding. As far as my understanding, he was always up early every day around 6am and stayed working until around 8pm. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU HIRE MR. ROBERT MCGILL TO HANDLE YOUR CASE. HE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL YOUR CASE IS APPROVED. If you want to speak with me about the process, I will gladly do so. THANK YOU ATTORNEY ROBERT MCGILL!!!

FERS Disability

Mr. McGill filed my appeal with OPM and with MSPB. I did not have support from my physician but did have doctors records and info from my job. Mr. McGill took all my info and worked it into a legally defensible position. I would recommend him for anyone who is needing a FERS disability retirement.

He is that good

If you want to get it done right the first time and want to stay away from the aggravation dealing with your agency, Mr. McGill is the attorney you need to hire. He has decades of experience in this field. He knows what he is doing and there is no doubt. He is exceptionally responsive and reliable.... Within 6 weeks of submitting my paperwork to Mr. McGill, I was approved. Everyone, Mr. McGill is that good.

TEN STARS

If I could give MR. McGill ten stars I would. He fought for and with me for two and a half years, and we finally WON! It was a pain fighting the U.S. Navy HR and OPM however, he NEVER WALKED AWAY or GAVE UP, where other lawyers might or would have! Thank you SO MUCH! V/R Frank Lange

"Super Lawyer"

If you’re searching for a “GREAT” Attorney, look no further!! Recently, Attorney Robert McGill, represented me for a Disability Retirement, that had previously been denied by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). Throughout the entire process, Attorney McGill, was always prepared and two steps a...head of the opposing counsel. Attorney McGill, was extremely thorough and meticulous to every detail. On the day of the trial, Attorney McGill, was fierce like a “Lion” as he shredded the oppositions case, then devoured their witnesses one by one. Immediately, after the hearing had ended, I thanked Attorney McGill, for the VICTORY!! After what I had just witnessed, I knew we won the case. Then sixteen days later, the Administrative Judge (AJ) for the Merit System Protection Board (MSPB) ruled in our favor, my Disability Retirement had been GRANTED. Now I see why Attorney McGill, is rated a “SUPER LAWYER” by all his peers. I will always be grateful for the hard work and dedication that Attorney McGill, put into my case. My family is Blessed. Thank You!
