Federal Disability Retirement

I initially applied for Federal Disability Retirement on my own in August 2017. I was denied in June 2018. I hired Attorney McGill at the Reconsideration Stage. He is a true professional and informed my physician on exactly what was needed. He always answered any questions I had within 24 hrs. or... less via email or phone. Hiring Attorney McGill was one of the best decisions I have ever made. If you want your Federal Disability Retirement approved, don’t look any further than Attorney McGill. I received my approval letter November 21, 2018. Merry Christmas to me, thanks to Attorney McGill..

Great Job

This guy will not BS you . Mr McGill is cut and dry , this is what you need and i can help you . On Reviews for your OPM down the road when you come up years later he will give you a heads up on whether or not you need to hire him again . You could not ask for any better at what he does ...in my opinion .

A man of his word!

I was in a bad situation. I injured myself while on-the-job. My employer was asking me to resign or be fired. In desperation I sought legal counsel. After months of bs I had the great fortune of locating Attorney Robert R. McGill. I reached out to Mr. McGill for help and he was there. No nonsense! He... kept it real! He is a man of his word!!! If you’re tired of walking in the dark pick up your phone or send and email, I don’t guarantee success, but I guarantee you’ll get a fighter!!!!

Awesome Disability Retirement Lawyer for Federal Employees

I highly recommend Mr. Robert McGill for those federal employees who are condsidering applying for disability retirement. It is money well spent. He will prepare your entire disability package and work with your doctor to obtain needed information to support your application. Mr. McGill specialized i...n these type cases and he is simply awesome. He will do what he can and within his control when necessary to expedite the process. He offers a free initial consultation - give him a call! His knowledge of the federal disability retirement program is the best. He got my case approved! I am very pleased with his service.

Postmaster

I would like to thank Mr. Robert McGill for his hard work. He worked very diligently to get all of my information, he put it together and specifically argued in my favor concerning my physical capabilities of performing the work I was assigned too. Mr. McGill always and throughly answered my questi...ons and concerns, he was very professional and extremely knowledgable about the procedures that I was faced with. He always responded to my emails and phone calls quickly. Mr. McGill worked tirelessly contacting and following up on my case with OPM, something he did not have to do. Once my case was sent to OPM he didn't have to do anything until we heard whether it was approved or disapproved. He took it upon himself to contact OPM to get my case assigned, then continued to contact OPM concerning the result. I would recommend Mr. Robert McGill to any postal employee, who needs a consult or an attorney. I believe I would not have been able to do this on my own. I am extremely happy with the work he did for me, I appreciate his efforts more than I can state.
