After much research and speaking with folks I know, I engaged Mr. McGill to aid me with my claim for medical retirement from federal service. I hired Robert McGill in July of 2018 after searching the internet for months. Every review I read spoke of Mr. McGill with such glowing reviews that I was skeptical, to say the least. As I began reading in depth articles about the whole OPM process, I quickly realized that the articles were written ...by Mr. McGill or someone would comment that he had a simpler version of the explanation on his site. After finally reaching out to him, I received a response in about 2 hours to schedule a phone consult 2 days later. After hiring him, I was sent a very thorough list of items that he required to do his job. After completing this list, the process was very smooth. Mr. McGill would contact me periodically to update me where he was at in the process or to let me know to look out for some paperwork from OPM. Whenever I had a question, I would email or call him and always get a response within 24 hours. I cannot stress how easy he made this whole process seem and truly appreciated how he held my hand through it all. After 13 months, I was approved by OPM disability.
