Even if you are simply considering the idea of a Federal disability retirement, you need to at least reach out and give Mr. McGill a call ASAP. It costs you nothing to get his initial thoughts on your specific situation. Don't do what I did and waist time looking into other options. He is hands down ...the subject matter expert in this field with the history and track record to prove it. Mr. McGill won my appeal for me. Getting a good lawyer is more than half the battle. Mr. McGill has a great track record and he is as good as they say. He is worth every dime of his fee.
