Never Give Up; Hire Mr. McGill

I was a little skeptical hiring a lawyer for my disability retirement only because I was almost 3 years into filing claims and submitting supporting documents and at each level I was denied. But then a friend told me that I should not give up and I should hire and attorney. So I googled OPM disabil...ity lawyer and Mr. McGill name came up. So I read the reviews, prayed and after about 2 weeks decided to give him a call. I called at 8 a.m. expecting to leave a message but he answered the phone. So I briefly explained my situation and he gave me some general information and told me to contact him if I decided to proceed. Long story short, Mr. McGill stayed on top of all the deadlines and keep me informed along the way. When he called me I knew that progress was being made because he explained everything that was going on. Mr. McGill is the best.

USPS Disability Retirement

Mr. McGill truly cares about getting the job done. I knew it would take some time, so I didn't contact him a lot during the waiting game, but whenever I sent an e-mail to him he responded back within minutes. Have dealt with other attorneys and at times it seems you cant even communicate with your ow...n attorney, but Mr. McGill was a pleasant surprise. Approval on first go around but was assured he would be there if an appeal was needed, and truly believe that would have happened. He did most all the paperwork/medical gathering, not me.

Excellent Lawyer for the job!!!!

Mr. McGill quickly returned calls, emails in a way that I felt like I mattered. No leaving messages for days that were unanswered. Every question, every hesitation, every worry, Mr. McGill was patient and answered quickly with kindness. Whether phone or email. If you are looking for a lawyer to ...file for Federal Disability Retirement , Mr. McGill is the BEST!!

Mr

I can recommend Mr McGill with no second thoughts. He was on point and very knowledgeable about the disability process. It took ten months from start to finish. This is not because of myself or Mr McGill this is because of the huge backup of paperwork in the Federal system. The paperwork was done in ...short order and submitted ,but they do not have enough people to process it very fast. You must be patient. Mr McGill is probably the most efficient part of the entire process.

He is a Disability Retirement Expert

Mr. Robert McGill is an amazing lawyer and did everything he promised me he would to make sure my disability retirement would get approved. He began by explaining the process to me and making sure I was aware of the length of time it would take on the Federal Governments end to process my disability... retirement, which ended up being 13 months. Mr. McGill was a there for me the whole time, always answering my emails or phone calls very quickly. He is exceptional at his job and knows the ends and outs of disability retirement. You can trust him, I sure do and so glad I found him when I did. He made all the difference in the world to my case. I can not thank him enough for everything he did for me.
