Approval!!

I consulted and hired Mr McGill 2 years ago. He was with me through the whole process as he promised. I was denied twice but Mr McGill was able to get me a final approval for a disease few doctors understand or treat. It was worth every penny. I wasn’t going to be able to keep working. Praise God I’...m finally approved.

A+

The best $5,000 I have spent in my lifetime. No kidding. I tried to file my disability retirement on my own the first go around and it was a nightmare. I filled out all paperwork and submitted everything they asked for. A year and a half into it they stopped responding. Did not answer written request...s for information, phone was either busy or they didn't return messages. I finally got through to someone after calling every single day for at least a month. They said my claim was disapproved and I would receive a formal denial and instructions on how to appeal in the mail. It never showed up. OPM is a hot mess of incompetent chaos. The best thing I ever did was hire Mr. McGill for the second go around. He has channels that he can take advantage of to communicate with OPM that the majority of us don't. He made sure all my paperwork was in order, all my Dr. notes had the proper information, and got things done. While it was still another year and a half before it was settled (let's face it, OPM has two speeds, slow and slower) I have no doubt that my claim would have been kicked out again if not for him. My only regret was not hiring him sooner, then this mess would have been over in a year and a half instead of three years.

Another success!

Robert represented me in my OPM Disability Retirement case. After reviewing the requirements and legal test to meet the baseline for a Disability Retirement, I knew even as an individual with a PhD, I needed learned, professional guidance. Robert came highly recommended, and he did not disappoint. On...e year from the time I retained Robert, and six month after Robert applied to OPM on my behalf, I am retired from my position with the Navy. I cannot stress enough the value of an attorney of Robert’s caliber in your corner.

Outstanding Legal Support

Mr. McGill from day one of our intial discussion, took the lead and ensured that an accurate and effective package was filed. As my situation at work unfolded and I faced Leave Without Pay, he stepped up the effort and subsequentially played a pivotal role in securing my medical retirement.

Federal Disability Retirement

After hearing stories of federal employees being denied disability retirement due to young age, regardless of their condition I immediately started calling lawyers. Thankfully, I chose Mr. McGill. He got right to work and walked me through the process, the paperwork and everything else I needed to d...o. When my part was complete, Mr. McGill was quick to do his. I was thoroughly impressed with his presentation of my packet, I really appreciated him being straight forward with me and not wasting our time with things that didn't matter or pertain to my case as other lawyers I interviewed did. I also appreciate his honesty in regards to length of time it would take to recieve a decision. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Mcgill to anyone with a legitimate federal disability retirement case.
