Robert McGill is hands-down the best in his field! He is a "known quantity" in the DC courts and an expert in disability retirement law. I did the research before hiring Robert, and I found that his competence, track record, attorney-client relationship was top-shelf. Further, I called 3 of his re...ferences, and they all confirmed my findings. Robert led (and walked beside) me through the entire process which ultimately resulted in a win on the first try. Robert was always available by personal cell or email, and always responded either by COB or the next day. Being an over-thinker, I bombarded him with a million questions, and he always stayed patient with me, answered completely, and calmed my anxious mind. From first contact to OPM approval took 5 months. Finally, Robert articulated his service fee up-front. Some say he's a bit on the high side (I think he's reasonable).
