Wouldn’t have done it without him!

I hired Robert McGill to help me with my medical retirement claim, and I will never regret it. He was open and honest with me throughout the entire process. He really does take care of everything, so you worry about NOTHING. He always returned my calls and emails in less than a few hours, and was alw...ays pleasant to talk to. He has done so many of these cases, that he has SO MUCH knowledge of the frustrations you will run into with your employer, civilian personnel, your providers, OPM, etc. I felt that he was always one step ahead of them all. I honestly cannot say anything negative about him. He warned me about the grueling wait time, and he told me that patience was the most important thing once my claim reached OPM. Wasn’t that the truth!? The wait time was 7 months once they received my file. Be prepared for that! And to hear his voice on the phone saying “Welcome to retirement”....BEST DAY EVER, and worth every penny. Rebecca, RN

Attorney Robert McGill did an excellent job handling my case. I have absolutely no complaints, trying to get disability can be very stressful. But with Robert handling my case my stress was completely gone and that's half the battle if your not under duress while waiting. If I ever had any questions... and for me I had a lot, he always answered them. If he wasn't in the office at the time, he got back to me always with in 24 hours. If your thinking about applying for Postal Disability then Attorney McGill is the one you want. I would never attempt getting it on my own. Unless you don't mind waiting several years to get approved, we all know how the postal service can be. They will drag their feet as long as they can, meanwhile your under stress worrying about maybe losing your house or having your utilities shut off. The postal service could care less about you and your finances or your health. With Attorney McGill he knows how to push your case through. Where if your like me and have no knowledge about the laws you could be sitting and waiting for ever for a decision. It's always best to hire a lawyer in cases like this and as far as I'm concerned Robert is the best. He came highly recommended by a former co-worker of mine. In fact Attorney McGill has gotten postal disability for 3 of my former co-workers. I highly recommend him, you can't go wrong if he is representing you and his fee is well worth it. I've giving Attorney McGill permission to use my name and e-mail address for anyone thinking about hiring him. Please fill free in contacting me via e-mail anytime, if you have any questions. Once again Attorney McGill thank you for everything you did for me.

A Very Detailed Attorney

Based on careful reviews, I enlisted the services of Mr. McGill for representation of OPM Disability Retirement. I was a Letter Carrier for the USPS who could no longer be of useful service due to an injury sustained and pre-existing medical conditions. During consultation, I felt that Mr. McGill was... adequate & qualified to handle the case. Within several months the retirement was approved, 1st time through. A burden was lifted and I was more than extremely satisfied with Mr. McGill's service. I will not hesitate for a moment in recommending Mr. McGill to anyone who is seeking Federal Disability Retirement. In my opinion, he is very well versed, easy to get a hold of and will give you his personal & professional Best.

Excellent Work

From the moment I contacted Mr. McGill to handle my medical retirement application, I knew I was in good hands. The thoroughness and orderly manner in which he handled the application package and presentation was above and beyond. I believe the resolution of my matter would not have been made so eas...ily by OPM had it not been for his precision, abundance of information and thoroughness. Even my doctors said they have not previously encountered such specificity and thoroughness from the onset like they did with Mr.McGill. Mr. McGill’s communication with me always addressed my questions or concerns and was the most timely I have experienced. Excellent work.
