If you are looking for solid representation in pursuit of disability retirement, I highly recommend Robert McGill. I thought I had a "slam dunk" case since I was let go because of my disability after 20+ years of service. I was too impaired to file my own application for FERS DR. Atty McGill evaluated my situation, helped me understand the OPM process, and made sure that all my paperwork was in order. When my package was submitted, he made sure it was done correctly and with all the necessary documentation for OPM ...review. As a result, my FERS DR application was approved at the first level.
