To say that Mr. McGill's legal knowledge, especially about the inner workings of OPM and federal disability law, is considerable would be an understatement. It's exceptional. As is his professionalism and care with your case. It's a lengthy process. At least it was for me. About 1 yr and 6 m...os from the moment Mr. McGill initiated paperwork between myself, my doctors and the HR dept at my agency (USCIS) to the moment I (finally) received the approval letter of benefits from OPM. I truly believe that I, nor any other lawyer, would not have been nearly as successful, without the use of a few appeals. With Mr. McGill my claim was processed and approved from the initial submission. Whenever I needed clarity on anything in the interim, I knew that I could reach out to him and that he would respond immediately with clear and succinct answers and advice. I cannot recommend his services MORE! If you decide to attain his legal help, you should go into it knowing full well that you're in good hands and that he will handle your case to the fullest. I can recommend Mr McGill with no second thoughts. He was on point and very knowledgeable about the disability process. It took ten months from start to finish. This is not because of myself or Mr McGill this is because of the huge backup of paperwork in the Federal system.
