Professional, courteous, attentive and EXTREMELY knowledgable. Get's the job done.

To say that Mr. McGill's legal knowledge, especially about the inner workings of OPM and federal disability law, is considerable would be an understatement. It's exceptional. As is his professionalism and care with your case. It's a lengthy process. At least it was for me. About 1 yr and 6 m...os from the moment Mr. McGill initiated paperwork between myself, my doctors and the HR dept at my agency (USCIS) to the moment I (finally) received the approval letter of benefits from OPM. I truly believe that I, nor any other lawyer, would not have been nearly as successful, without the use of a few appeals. With Mr. McGill my claim was processed and approved from the initial submission. Whenever I needed clarity on anything in the interim, I knew that I could reach out to him and that he would respond immediately with clear and succinct answers and advice. I cannot recommend his services MORE! If you decide to attain his legal help, you should go into it knowing full well that you're in good hands and that he will handle your case to the fullest. I hope this helps anyone out there searching and sitting on the fence about Mr. McGill. Don't waste anymore time and contact him immediately. The sooner you do, then the sooner you'll (most likely) retire.

Best federal disability lawyer you can hire

Always stayed in communication, expedited my case much faster than I could on my own. Had great knowledge of all federal standard forms, paper work, deadlines and a general road map of the process that a individual filing would not have knowledge of.

Excellent Lawyer for the job!!!!

Mr. McGill quickly returned calls, emails in a way that I felt like I mattered. No leaving messages for days that were unanswered. Every question, every hesitation, every worry, Mr. McGill was patient and answered quickly with kindness. Whether phone or email. If you are looking for a lawyer to ...file for Federal Disability Retirement , Mr. McGill is the BEST!!

Ms. Annie Pate

I enjoyed working with Mr. McGill, he worked on my case for Federal Retirement starting in April of 2018, He was very informative on what I needed to do to reach my ultimate goal( which was to get my retirement) and he also stayed in touch with me throughout the whole process. He gave me plenty of c...ontact information in order to reach him and returned all messages that I needed response to. Mr. McGill really put my mind at ease and made my process smooth and less stressful. I received my retirement approval by January 2019 and even to this day, Mr. McGill is still in contact with me ensuring that I continue to progress in my retirement. I couldn't have asked to have a better lawyer represent me in this process, Thank you for reading and God speed.

Mr

I can recommend Mr McGill with no second thoughts. He was on point and very knowledgeable about the disability process. It took ten months from start to finish. This is not because of myself or Mr McGill this is because of the huge backup of paperwork in the Federal system. The paperwork was done in ...short order and submitted ,but they do not have enough people to process it very fast. You must be patient. Mr McGill is probably the most efficient part of the entire process.
