I hired Robert McGill to help me with my medical retirement claim, and I will never regret it. He was open and honest with me throughout the entire process. He really does take care of everything, so you worry about NOTHING. He always returned my calls and emails in less than a few hours, and was alw...ays pleasant to talk to. He has done so many of these cases, that he has SO MUCH knowledge of the frustrations you will run into with your employer, civilian personnel, your providers, OPM, etc. I felt that he was always one step ahead of them all. I honestly cannot say anything negative about him. He warned me about the grueling wait time, and he told me that patience was the most important thing once my claim reached OPM.
