Highly Recommend

Can not recommend enough! Robert pulled us through the roughest year of our lives and won our uphill batlle. We were able to reach him directly with every question we had and made this awful process much less stressful. If you need a federal retirement lawyer, this is your guy.

Robert McGill Fantastic FERS Disability Lawyer

Before hiring an attorney to handle my FERS disability case, I thoroughly researched. Everything I read regarding Mr. McGill was highly complimentary. After a phone consult, I hired him and it was the best money I’ve ever spent. He handled everything from application to appeal. The FERS disability p...rocess is incredibly complicated and requires a competent attorney. Robert McGill, in my view, is absolutely the best. My case was approved and my family now has a secure future. If someone is looking for a FERS disability lawyer, Mr. McGill is a great lawyer who truly cares about his clients.

Best attorney

Mr. McGill is an excellent attorney handling my FERS disability retirement case from start to finish. I decided to retain Mr. McGill to represent my case after interviewing five different attorneys. He gave me the level of confidence that no other law firms could. If he takes your case, consider your...self blessed. Thank you Mr. McGill.

Mr. McGill is the top expert in the field of Federal Disability Retirement Law under FERS.

Mr. McGill, by all accounts, is the top expert in the field of Federal Disability Retirement Law under FERS. His fee covers all 3 Stages of the process, from start to finish, wherever it goes. From the outset, he explains that OPM doesn’t automatically approve a case, no matter how strong the medic...al evidence, and therefore, he charges a fee which will cover all of the stages, as he says, because he “never abandons his clients, but sees the process all the way through.” That is what happened in my case, and we had to go all the way to the MSPB, where he was able to persuade the OPM representative at the 3rd Stage that they did not have a chance before the Administrative Judge at the MSPB, and had them reverse the Reconsideration denial and grant me the Disability Retirement. He is true to his word – he never abandoned me, and fought at every stage of the process. That is why he is considered the top expert in the field of Federal Disability Retirement Law under FERS.

Phenomenal!!!

Mr. McGill is an outstanding lawyer and was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the outset, he put me at ease. I am in federal law enforcement and was unable to continue working just shy of the required 20 years required to lock in my law enforcement pension for various mental health conditions.... I thought I was screwed, but he reassured me I had a winnable case. I was considering applying on my own, and I now know that would have been a mistake. He advised me to list a condition that I didn't even think would qualify me for disability, and that was the condition for which I was ultimately approved! When I mentioned I was in financial straits after racking up legal and medical bills due to divorce and my health condition, he took the initiative to contact OPM and attempt to expedite my application. I was approved within less than 3 months of my application hitting OPM. He is worth every cent.
