OUTSTANDING Service and Invaluable Peace of Mind

When I became seriously injured while working for the United States Post Office, I was told by my Orthopedic Surgeon that I was 100% disabled. I was already in the process of applying for Workers Compensation (without an attorney). That was a never-ending nightmare of filling out forms, gathering med...ical records, asking doctors to write letters, making phone calls, uploading documents, being denied, requesting appeals, being denied… It was very time-consuming and beyond stressful. My injury occurred before my official retirement date and I learned that Federal employees who become disabled have an option to retire early; Federal Employee Disability Retirement. This was something I was uneducated about, so I went online to learn what it consisted of and what steps I needed to take. I discovered a treasure-trove of well-written and extremely informative articles on the subject written by Mr. Robert R. McGill. https://federaldisabilitylawyer.com/federal-disability-retirement-articles/ After reading them, I felt confident that Mr. McGill should handle my case. Though I do not live in the same state he practices in, because he is a Federal Attorney, this was not an issue. Thank goodness. Our phone consultation cemented my decision to hire Mr. McGill specifically. He is personable, attentive, and an extremely knowledgeable professional who asked good questions, answered all of my questions, and left me feeling certain that he would work hard for me. And that’s exactly what he did. He took on all the responsibilities I would have had to, such as filling out and submitting forms, obtaining medical information and statements from doctors, and attended to numerous other details that would have had me confused and overwhelmed -- and he kept me apprised throughout the entire process. There were times I received requests for information from an agency and asked Mr. McGill what I was to do, only to learn that he’d already handled it! There is no way to describe the peace-of-mind hiring him gave me. I’ve dealt with attorneys in other matters who were robotic, had assistants doing most of their work, communications, and the answering of questions. They handled cases in a cookie-cutter manner; going through the motions and rarely speaking directly to the client. Mr. McGill treated me like a person, not a “case”, answering all of my questions personally and patiently. He answers all email and phone messages personally and promptly, and is always courteous, never dismissive. I was continually amazed at how much attention to detail he gave, at his thoroughness, his excellent communication, and how freeing it’s been not to have to do all the paperwork, and make all the phone calls, and attend to all the other aspects of filing for Federal Employee Disability Retirement. I have never regretted hiring Mr. McGill. His friendly, easy-going manner helped me to relax. His experience and vast knowledge made me feel assured that I had the right man for the job. He never promised I would receive an acceptance to my application for Federal Employee Disability Retirement and even prepared me for the likelihood that it would be denied, at least once, as a matter of course. However, it was approved first time out, I am now officially on Federal Employee Disability Retirement, and Mr. McGill is still making himself available to me for any questions or concerns. My confidence in him is unmeasurable. If you are considering Federal Employee Disability Retirement, don’t stress yourself out any further. Give Mr. McGill a call. 1-800-990-7932 He won’t charge you for his time and he will explain what to expect and will answer all of your questions. His manner, and his outstanding service, will put you at ease, enabling you to attend to your medical condition while he helps you retire smoothly. I'm sure, like me, you will find him to provide outstanding service and invaluable peace of mind.

The best of the best in obtaining a FERS medical retirement

Mr. Robert McGill will initially give you a free telephone consultation to hear your particular situation and will then sincerely let you know if he thinks you have a chance at successfully securing a medical retirement with OPM. He will then provide you a long list of references for you to review. ... I did exactly that, and everyone I contacted told me how great he was. I also read just about all his reviews available, and did not encounter one single negative review. Additionally, I read the many articles/blogs that he has written regarding this medical retirement process and It became quite evident that he is an authority in this field. After speaking with Mr. McGill a second time, I retained his services. From day one, he was extremely professional, informative, patient, and honest. He will personally promptly return all calls and emails. No secretary, no paralegal, or any other type of assistant will speak you, but just him. He will keep you posted every step of the way, and will go above and beyond to help you secure your medical retirement. From the day OPM received my completed package (after my employer did their part and forwarded it to them), it took OPM 10 weeks to approve my case. Mr McGill knows the ins and outs of this convoluted process and will prepare a solid case to submit to OPM. He is by far the best in this field! He is the real deal and will give your case 100% of his experience, knowledge, and ability. Do not waste your time with anyone else! His fees, in my opinion, are extremely low for the level of professional representation you will receive. I am forever grateful to him. God bless him!

Mr. McGill did an outstanding job. He was attentive, detailed oriented, extremely knowledgeable, and always answered my phone calls or emails very very promptly and put me at ease with what can be a stressful process. My disability retirement was approved thanks to Mr. McGill's within 30 days after s...ubmission to OPM. I couldn't be happier with the service he provided to me and of course the results of his work. It is literally life changing. Thank you Mr. McGill!!

Strongly recommend!

My experience with Mr. McGill was very satisfying for many reasons. First, when you hire Mr. McGill, you get Mr. McGill, a lawyer with more than 30 years experience in the business. It is easy to become infatuated with the website of other disability groups who have partners with hundreds of years of... combined experience in the field. Understand that when you hire a group like that, there is a decent chance they will assign the most inexperienced junior associate to your case. This happened to me; it was very frustrating. When I called Mr. McGill, he answered the phone personally 80% of the time on the second or third ring! When I did get his voicemail, he called me back before COB. He responded to my emails within an hour or two. Once I left an email for him Sunday evening so it would be in his inbox when he got there Monday morning. He still emailed me back that Sunday within a couple hours! I personally have never experienced this high superior level of client communication with any other lawyer/firm. You can contact him all you want, and you won’t receive an extra bill. Trust me. You will want to speak with him frequently. This process is extremely stressful and prolonged and his knowledgeable calming words go along way with soothing your stress (which will be considerable and long lasting). In the beginning, I would Google specific questions that I could not find with the general articles on the subject. I discovered, in retrospect. that a plurality of the time, Mr. McGill had actually written the most helpful articles. Mr. McGill wrote all the required essays for me on all the standard forms. He made sure that every document was properly submitted with all the required information. He knows every criteria required for approval. He knows everything they want to hear and how they want to hear it. He made sure that was all in my package with no errors that would entice OPM to kick it back to square one. Once my application was at OPM, Mr. McGill would call them frequently to request that my application be expedited. It must have worked, because I hired him on May 18 and I was approved on November 1. OPM is looking for the slightest excuse in the book to reject your application. I would never go through this process without a lawyer helping me. After enduring the process myself, I strongly recommend you hire Mr. McGill.
