When I became seriously injured while working for the United States Post Office, I was told by my Orthopedic Surgeon that I was 100% disabled. I filed my OPM Disability without an attorney for sarcoidosis, asthma and chronic lower back pain in Feb 2021 and was denied Oct 2021. There is a lot at stake with the federal disability retirement process. I wanted to have all my ducks in order and put forth the strongest case possible from the beginning. McGill got the packet approved on first review. I looked around for the best lawyer possible and hired McGill. I also spoke to ...several of his previous clients which he had helped to get an approval. All of them told me “Hire him”. I also read several articles that he had written. A friend asked me why I hired a lawyer to do a process which is free. Realize this, you are a “know nothing” when it comes to this process.
