He is a Disability Retirement Expert

Mr. Robert McGill is an amazing lawyer and did everything he promised me he would to make sure my disability retirement would get approved. He began by explaining the process to me and making sure I was aware of the length of time it would take on the Federal Governments end to process my disability... retirement, which ended up being 13 months. Mr. McGill was a there for me the whole time, always answering my emails or phone calls very quickly. He is exceptional at his job and knows the ends and outs of disability retirement. You can trust him, I sure do and so glad I found him when I did. He made all the difference in the world to my case. I can not thank him enough for everything he did for me.

Postmaster

Robert McGill was an excellent choice of Lawyers I considered. He walked me through every form and told me what steps were needed for approval of my disability Retirement application. He was so thorough that he worked with both my Doctor and I through all of the forms and statements needed to help ...my application justify my request. I am so thankful for my choice in lawyers!

Peace of mind!

I was injured at work in October 2016. I’ve been on OWCP since then. As Mr. McGill has suggested in many of his articles, OWCP WILL try to take this away from federal employees at some point. It is happening to me now. Had I not applied for OPM disability retirement and won it, I would be “losing it”... right now! Mr. McGill put my OPM package together for me, contacted all of my doctors and somehow got my attending to write up a superb letter to OPM! It was amazing! Thank you Robert!

I highly recommend Mr. McGill. Professional and effective representation

If you are looking for solid representation in pursuit of disability retirement, I highly recommend Robert McGill. I thought I had a "slam dunk" case since I was let go because of my disability after 20+ years of service. I was denied at first review and sought Mr. McGill's services and was approv...ed at the reconsideration stage. My experience with Robert McGill has been positive throughout the entire process. He was quick to reply to all my messages and explained the process and expectations. He communicated with medical providers and OPM and got the job done. Even if you think you have a clear case for disability retirement, I urge you to contact Mr. McGill and save yourself time and worry.

Senior eXCUTIVE Service (SES) Fed. Gov. (Ret.)

From the onset of meeting Mr. McGill, he was passionate, knowledgeable, and exact with his insight of the Fed Disability retirement process and requirement. He never wavered in his efforts to fight for me. Although he has many clients he made me feel as if I were his number one priority as evidenced ...by his prompt responses to my emails and call. He keep me apprised of the movement of my application and fought for me through the initial approval of my application. Hands down, he is the best! I am please to write this review on behalf of Mr. McGill and his law firm!
