Allowed me to focus 100% on being a Caregiver, $ well spent

We highly recommend Rober R. McGill Esq. Long before we made our decision to proceed with an application for Disability Retirement. Mr. McGill was willing to entertain questions, provide valuable guidance prior to being retained. All during the process he continued to always be available for guidanc...e and address any concerns. We are so grateful for the positive decision we received within 7 months. Which was in no small measure due to Mr. McGill's expertise.

Robert Miller

Robert R McGill is the BEST. I tried to do my own Medical Retirement. I filled out the application sent all the information from my doctors, did everything OPM(Office of Personal Management), asked of me. For 2 years I put up with all the run around OPM threw at me. Trying to deal with management at ...the IRS, the Best Specialist(who couldn't help me with anything) & OPM all at the same time - what a joke! Then a denial letter. I was so physically & emotionally devastated. I was ready to give up. After some research, a prayer and a blessing, I found Robert R McGill. Just his website will inform you he knows what he's doing. I had my consultation, he said I had a case, I filled out the hiring packet, paid the fee, & he took it from there. He answered every question I had, usually within hours. What a great relief. After Robert took my case, I was approved for the medical retirement 10 months after OPM received his letter. My advice, look at his website, you'll realize his knowledge and qualifications. I am so glad I talked to Robert before I just gave up. Best decision I had made in a long time.

OUTSTANDING!!!

I am a Special Agent late in my career and became disabled with arthritis. I called Mr McGill and immediately knew he was the right person for me. He put up with my many phone calls, talked me through a Fitness For Duty Evaluation and was extremely responsive. He sets the bar for this type of proc...eeding.

Federal Disability Retirement

After hearing stories of federal employees being denied disability retirement due to young age, regardless of their condition I immediately started calling lawyers. Thankfully, I chose Mr. McGill. He got right to work and walked me through the process, the paperwork and everything else I needed to d...o. When my part was complete, Mr. McGill was quick to do his. I was thoroughly impressed with his presentation of my packet, I really appreciated him being straight forward with me and not wasting our time with things that didn't matter or pertain to my case as other lawyers I interviewed did. I also appreciate his honesty in regards to length of time it would take to recieve a decision. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Mcgill to anyone with a legitimate federal disability retirement case.

Professional, courteous, attentive and EXTREMELY knowledgable. Get's the job done.

To say that Mr. McGill's legal knowledge, especially about the inner workings of OPM and federal disability law, is considerable would be an understatement. It's exceptional. As is his professionalism and care with your case. It's a lengthy process. At least it was for me. About 1 yr and 6 m...os from the moment Mr. McGill initiated paperwork between myself, my doctors and the HR dept at my agency (USCIS) to the moment I (finally) received the approval letter of benefits from OPM. I truly believe that I, nor any other lawyer, would not have been nearly as successful, without the use of a few appeals. With Mr. McGill my claim was processed and approved from the initial submission. Whenever I needed clarity on anything in the interim, I knew that I could reach out to him and that he would respond immediately with clear and succinct answers and advice. I cannot recommend his services MORE! If you decide to attain his legal help, you should go into it knowing full well that you're in good hands and that he will handle your case to the fullest. I hope this helps anyone out there searching and sitting on the fence about Mr. McGill. Don't waste anymore time and contact him immediately. The sooner you do, then the sooner you'll (most likely) retire.
