Robert R. McGill expertly handled my application for OPM disability retirement, and it was approved! It was a complex case, because I had already separated from federal service. But he did not flinch, he just handled it. Here are some details about my experience with him. He always answered his p...hone, or he called me back the same day every time. I never had to deal with an assistant, just him directly, every time! He answers his e-mail, same day, every time! He clearly, directly, and effectively explains what you need to do.
