More Than Your Attorney, Your Advocate

If you take the time to peruse the reviews for Robert McGill, you will see lots of 5-star reviews and many accolades. Based upon my experience, the stars and praise are well earned! Mr. McGill is an exceptional attorney, expert in Federal disability matters, and results-oriented. For me, the result i...s "approved" for FERS disability retirement in less than 6 months. I was referred to Mr. McGill from another disability expert; the other expert was candid about the complexity of my case, and that he was not well practiced with my unique situation. I took it as high praise from one expert referring me to another. I am so grateful for that referral because Mr. McGill got the job done with the initial submission. He has exceptional knowledge of the subject area, the laws, and a iron-clad process. There is, honestly, work you will have to do in order for Mr. McGill to complete the package, but he will inform you and guide you through the process; I never felt overwhelmed with him engaged. Many other reviewers talk about his services in detail, which you can read. I can additionally add that Mr. McGill can work with you outside the National Capitol Region. I live in Florida, and the long distance between us made no difference. His process and methods are very adaptable to long distance client relationships. In conclusion, I believe he is uniquely qualified and experienced in Federal disability retirements, He virtually walks alongside you through the whole process. He is more than your attorney; he is your devoted advocate. For those of you considering his flat fee--he is totally worth it!

FERS Disability Retirement

I hired Mr. McGill to represent my deaf brother. We did not use Mr. Mcgill for the initial filing and I wish we had! My brother was initially disapproved for FERS disability. After researching and phone interviews with four law firms, I chose Mr. McGill for two reasons. The reviews and the c...ost of his services. Mr. McGill appealed his case, it was denied. He took it a step further and filed a Merit Systems Protection Board appeal. He provided all the necessary documentation, worked diligently during the appeal and his case was approved before going to the formal appeal. I firmly believe had it not been for Mr. McGill acting as his agent, he would have been disapproved at the MSPB level. Hire Mr. McGill, he knows the laws and the wording OPM requires for approval. Mr. McGill is not like most lawyers, once they have your money, communication comes to a standstill. Mr. McGill responded to every phone call or email I sent on the same day, kept us informed at every step of the process, great customer service.

Amazing

My agency said it would take 16 months for a decision per the adjudication process. Took 30 days for OPM to process per Mr. McGill's intervention. Unbelievable.

The Best investment

I am glad that Mr. McGil represented me in obtaining my Federal government disability. His intense knowledge and understanding made the process smooth and in a timely manner.

Great Customer Service

Attorney McGill was a blessing to me. I was real skeptical at first about hiring him for the simple reason I was not in a location where I could talk face to face and that's the norm for me. I came to the conclusion if he was bold enough do do a posting on Worker's Comp web site and after reading rev...iews on him he could be trusted. He communicated with me, returned my calls. answered my questions, and calmed my fears. He didn't brush me off but was genuinely concerned about me. I recommend him highly. My case was won.
