Disability Retirement Claim

Robert McGill is an exceptional lawyer who took a challenging case involving an invisible disease of a head injury and was able to make it something worthwhile. Extremely receptive lawyer who tolerated an unruly at best client (the disability retirement process is extremely stressful) with very promp...t communications. I would recommended him to anyone who is looking to file for federal disability retirement. Knows the ins and outs of the entire process and his internet posts are just as informative.

Disability Retirement from Department of Veteran Affairs

I retained Mr McGills services after searching a number of attorneys. I was extremely happy with his level of care and attention to my case. The process of applying for disability with a government agency is daunting. Having an expert attorney who could advise me and prepare my case made the process... so much smoother. After reading online about people's experience of applying for disability on their own and being denied I had no hesitation in hiring Robert. My application was successful and the whole process took 5 months. I was always able to reach out to Robert and get a quick response to questions and guidance when I needed it. I would highly recommend Mr. McGill for anyone undertaking an application for disability.

Administrative Law

I hired Mr. McGill after my initial attempt at getting my OPM disability retirement was denied. He came highly recommended and I now know why. He is professional, knowledgeable, has reasonable fees and great communication skills. I have to say that most bigger practices you never even speak to the at...torney, it's usually their legal assistant or staff. I only spoke directly with Mr. McGill every time. He had my reconsideration put in as soon as my doctors got the correct information to him and I am now an OPM retiree. I highly recommend hiring Mr. McGill and cannot thank him enough.

Senior Resource & Acquisition Manager

Robert is an excellent attorney! I hired him to push through the administrative morass of federal disability retirement. His experience and expertise in this particular field is unparalleled. Furthermore, he was extremely patient and promptly passionate in answering all of my inane questions and co...ncerns during the entire process. He prepared me for the likely denial of the initial application, but assured me the appeal was strong, entirely consistent with the law, and likely to be successful. He was right!

After doing extensive research on lawyers specializing in federal disability retirement, I was convinced Mr. McGill had the most realistic, thorough approach. I highly recommend Mr. McGill to anyone looking for an effortless experience in filing their disability application.
