Friendly, personable, and 100 Percent Successful

I have to begin by saying that as a result of working very closely with attorneys for over 20 years, when it came time that I actually needed one, I knew what I didn’t want. I looked for an attorney that specializes in disability retirement and within that, one that knew the OPM process governing fe...deral employees. Mr. Robert McGill kept rising to the top of the list, search after search. Upon initial contact with Robert, the first thing he did was to offer a long list of previous clients that I could contact for references. A quick note about that: a the end of my case, he asked if he could use me as a reference and put me on that list. He never asked what my review would be, what I would say, or asked me to say anything or to not say anything. I contacted a few, all of whom gave raving reviews, and even found one or two that had retired from the same agency I was with. His experience, reviews from previous clients, and his very reasonable fee convinced me to hire him. Once I signed the representation agreement, he got to work immediately. He really does work hard to make the client feel that he is waiting on you, instead of the other way around. In all those years I worked for, with, and had attorneys work for me, Robert is the only lawyer I have seen that did that. He is just amazing. His work on my case was 100% successful ending in OPM approving my disability retirement from the FAA. I recommend Robert McGill and believe that going with another attorney is doing a disservice to yourself. End of statement.

Federal Medical Retirement Through OPM

Mr. McGill was the utmost professional. Communications were always answered and phone calls were always taken. All of my questions were answered and even though I was a difficult case in my eyes, my Federal Medical Retirement went through. After 16 years with the Federal Air Marshal Service, 2 Years ...with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and 8 years in The U.S. Army I am now Federally retired thanks entirely to Mr. Robert Mcgill and his team. I recommend him completely and suggest seeking his counsel for your Federal Retirement questions and needs. Thank you!! Richard Otto Chance Orr Senior Federal Air Marshal Retired

Robert McGill is your attorney when your family is counting you to win FERS disability retirement.

I was missing alot of work because of an injury when I was targeted for termination for political reasons (or so I believe). Because I was injured and not able to do the job I was hired to do, Mr. McGill looked over my paperwork and at the time he said he was confident that I was still eligible for F...ERS disability retirement.  9 months later and I get a letter stating that I was not eligible for disability retirement from OPM. I went back to my doctor who worked with Mr. McGill and resubmitted my application or whatever you call it. After about 10 more months I was shocked when it was approved. Mr. McGill is truly amazing at what he does. I really couldn't do my job anymore and HE GOT ME JUSTICE!! (A stolen advertisement from a local attorney office) If you are unable to perform the job you were hired to do, and you have a doctor who will agree, Mr. McGill is the person you need who will get you FERS disability retirement. He is worth his weight in gold! He will calm your anxiety with his expert knowledge of OPM, and case law, and get you approved. It's a long process, but when the bottom line is that you can't work and OPM's guidelines and red tape stand in your way of feeding your family, Robert will anticipate what they will say and submit why they must approve your disability retirement with past legal cases that went to court and won. He is absolutely the best and has mastered navigating OPM's ridiculous channels so that in the end you can rest assured that when Robert says that he is confident you will receive your retirement, that it is only a matter of time before you get what you and your family needs to live with the pain that you suffer from your service to our country. I still cannot believe he got me what my family needed to live like we did before I got hurt on the job.
