America's Feds and Postal Workers Look No Further - Robert R. McGill

Attny McGill was hired in October 2018 to prepare and complete a "hopefully" successful application for Federal Disability Retirement. He never disappointed from the initial consultation to approval. I was approved in late August 2019. Specifically, Robert is very knowledgeable and passionate about t...his administrative process. He answered me so quickly as if I were the only one Fed or Postal Worker that he was winning for. He is forthright in his approach and compassionate in his dealings when you are no longer a useful servant to Uncle Sam through no fault of your own. To that end, PLEASE contact Attny McGill if you want the best care possible. Set your team with him at the helm and you will be put to ease while the wheels of our government are in slow motion. I don't think that there was ever a better attorney - all around. God bless Attorney Robert R. McGill who diligently works for the Feds and Postal Workers of AMERICA during this bleak time of our lives. He gives hope when fear is mostly served!

Best OPM disability Lawyer hands down!!

I hired Robert McGill in July of 2018 after searching the internet for months. Every review I read spoke of Mr. McGill with such glowing reviews that I was skeptical, to say the least. As I began reading in depth articles about the whole OPM process, I quickly realized that the articles were written ...by Mr. McGill or someone would comment that he had a simpler version of the explanation on his site. After finally reaching out to him, I received a response in about 2 hours to schedule a phone consult 2 days later. After hiring him, I was sent a very thorough list of items that he required to do his job. After completing this list, the process was very smooth. Mr. McGill would contact me periodically to update me where he was at in the process or to let me know to look out for some paperwork from OPM. Whenever I had a question, I would email or call him and always get a response within 24 hours. I cannot stress how easy he made this whole process seem and truly appreciated how he held my hand through it all. After 13 months, I was approved by OPM disability. Do your due diligence but make no mistake, Robert McGill will get it done!!!

Another success!

Robert represented me in my OPM Disability Retirement case. After reviewing the requirements and legal test to meet the baseline for a Disability Retirement, I knew even as an individual with a PhD, I needed learned, professional guidance. Robert came highly recommended, and he did not disappoint. On...e year from the time I retained Robert, and six month after Robert applied to OPM on my behalf, I am retired from my position with the Navy. I cannot stress enough the value of an attorney of Robert’s caliber in your corner.
