Top Notch

After attempting to fill out my medical retirement paperwork on my own for two months I came across Mr. McGill. After one telephone interview with him I knew that he was the man for the job. He's very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He was able to get my medica...l retirement approved on the first try. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the same position.

Hiring Mr McGill was one of the best decisions of my life!

At 50 years old and after more than 31 years with the Postal Service, my heart decided to give up. Faced with a serious illness and the uncertainty of my financial future, I felt overwhelmed, but after much research, I made one of the best decisions of my life, I hired Mr Robert McGill. I had a mil...lion questions. His website answered most of them and Mr McGill answered the rest. His knowledge with every aspect of the entire Disability Retirement process doesn’t happen by chance, Mr McGill obviously has years of experience with it. No one asks to get sick but if you find yourself in that unenviable position, don’t gamble with your financial future. There’s so many forms and requirements involved with filing for disability as there should be, but you don’t get many chances at it so you need someone on your side that knows all the ins and outs of filing for Disability and Mr McGill does! Not only did he take care of me when I initially filed, he also took care of me when I got my Medical Review. If you’re wondering whether or not you should hire Mr McGill, I can tell you from experience, you should! If you’re reading this, you’re probably right where I found myself when I got the scary news from my Doctors, God Bless. Mr McGill has been a Godsend to my Wife and me and hiring him was one of the best decisions of my life!

Excellent OPM Disability Help

Mr. McGill is very experienced and knowledgeable with OPM rules and was able to quickly focus on the problem and best solutions when I became sick. He did not let distractions affect him. I received the best possible outcome in the most timely fashion. It was satisfying to have someone on my side... that could actually solve problems.

Job well done.

I hired Mr. R. McGill, Esq. to work on my application for a medical retirement from the VA. He did an excellent job in getting this approved. Definetely recommend him to people needing to apply for a disability.

Approved!

Mr. McGill is extremely knowledgable and competent as an OPM disability lawyer. I applied for disability retirement on my own, and of course was denied. As soon as I got my initial denial letter, I called Mr. McGill the next day and hired him. He worked closely with with my doctors, took all the pres...sure off of me, and I was approved a week and a half after he submitted my reconsideration paperwork. A WEEK AND A HALF! I will be grateful to Mr. McGill for the rest of my life. I highly recommend anyone who needs to apply for OPM disability retirement to choose Mr. McGill, and to let your case go into his extremely capable hands. THANK YOU Mr. McGill!!
