I hired Mr. McGill to represent my deaf brother. We did not use Mr. Mcgill for the initial filing and I wish we had! My brother was initially disapproved for FERS disability. He provided all the necessary documentation, worked diligently during the appeal and his case was approved before going to the formal appeal.
