This is the lawyer your want!

Attorney McGill is the knowledge and resources you need to process your case. Every question is answered and all paperwork is thoroughly reviewed. The anxiety of the process is hard enough. Mr. McGill helped me with every aspect of my case and has my respect and gratitude.

Federal Disability Retirement

After hearing stories of federal employees being denied disability retirement due to young age, regardless of their condition I immediately started calling lawyers. Thankfully, I chose Mr. McGill. He got right to work and walked me through the process, the paperwork and everything else I needed to d...o. When my part was complete, Mr. McGill was quick to do his. I was thoroughly impressed with his presentation of my packet, I really appreciated him being straight forward with me and not wasting our time with things that didn't matter or pertain to my case as other lawyers I interviewed did. I also appreciate his honesty in regards to length of time it would take to recieve a decision. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Mcgill to anyone with a legitimate federal disability retirement case.

Professional, courteous, attentive and EXTREMELY knowledgable. Get's the job done.

To say that Mr. McGill's legal knowledge, especially about the inner workings of OPM and federal disability law, is considerable would be an understatement. It's exceptional. As is his professionalism and care with your case. It's a lengthy process. At least it was for me. About 1 yr and 6 m...os from the moment Mr. McGill initiated paperwork between myself, my doctors and the HR dept at my agency (USCIS) to the moment I (finally) received the approval letter of benefits from OPM. I truly believe that I, nor any other lawyer, would not have been nearly as successful, without the use of a few appeals. With Mr. McGill my claim was processed and approved from the initial submission. Whenever I needed clarity on anything in the interim, I knew that I could reach out to him and that he would respond immediately with clear and succinct answers and advice. I cannot recommend his services MORE! If you decide to attain his legal help, you should go into it knowing full well that you're in good hands and that he will handle your case to the fullest. I hope this helps anyone out there searching and sitting on the fence about Mr. McGill. Don't waste anymore time and contact him immediately. The sooner you do, then the sooner you'll (most likely) retire.

Never Give Up; Hire Mr. McGill

I was a little skeptical hiring a lawyer for my disability retirement only because I was almost 3 years into filing claims and submitting supporting documents and at each level I was denied. But then a friend told me that I should not give up and I should hire and attorney. So I googled OPM disabil...ity lawyer and Mr. McGill name came up. So I read the reviews, prayed and after about 2 weeks decided to give him a call. I called at 8 a.m. expecting to leave a message but he answered the phone. So I briefly explained my situation and he gave me some general information and told me to contact him if I decided to proceed. Long story short, Mr. McGill stayed on top of all the deadlines and keep me informed along the way. When he called me I knew that progress was being made because he explained everything that was going on. Mr. McGill is the best.

Best federal disability lawyer you can hire

Always stayed in communication, expedited my case much faster than I could on my own. Had great knowledge of all federal standard forms, paper work, deadlines and a general road map of the process that a individual filing would not have knowledge of.
